This Queen Anne revival mansion, constructed in 1903 by Lowe Bros. of Charlottetown for Mr. Parker Carvell. Together with his father, Lieutenant Governor Jedediah, Carvell operated a flourishing produce business and this building stood as a private residence until 1956.
