We ordered a roll-up awning. A couple of years later, we had to have roof re-done. BM Awnings sent an installer out to help us take it down and then again to put it back up again. They were extremely helpful when we had to have a side curtain made, and also when I needed to remove the valance to clean it. This company offers above and beyond customer service! We have gone back to get chair seats made, too!
