Welcome at Motion Works Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre in Ottawa where we provide physiotherapy and registered massage therapy services to people of all ages with injuries, disease or pain that affects their ability to live healthy active lives. Our staff includes 9 registered physiotherapists with advanced skills to treat muscle and joint dysfunctions and with advanced training in Trigger Point Dry Needling/IMS, acupuncture, specific muscle retraining and sports injury management. In addition we have three registered massage therapists with over 30 years combined experience who are skilled in therapeutic massage. They provide treatments not only for a variety of injuries, but also to promote healthy recovery from the demands of daily activities and work. A typical visit to our clinic will include a full detailed evaluation of your problem with a one hour initial consultation.
We have two locations in Stittsville for Physiotherapy and Registered Therapy. We do not use aides or assistants and spend one-on-one time with our clients for 30 to 60 minutes. We have no waiting list and are opens on Saturdays as well. Sports injuries, general body aches and pains, work place injuries and motor vehicle accident clients are just a few of the things we treat.

Dr. Ryley Hayter is an evidence-based Barrhaven Chiropractor that incorporates treatments focusing on the root cause of injuries and/or dysfunction. Through range of motion, strength, and orthopedic testing he will come up with a diagnosis and a personalized treatment program that best suits your needs. Treatments may include soft tissue techniques (ART), neurofunctional acupuncture, dry needling, chiropractic adjustments, cupping, rehabilitation exercises, custom orthotics, etc.
He graduated with Honours in the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program from Nipissing University. His education continued, obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College with an advanced certificate in Sport Science and Human Performance. He also holds a certificate in contemporary medical acupuncture from McMaster University. Dr. Ryley spent a year working out of the Depew Health Center in Buffalo, NY, and worked closely with Buffalo Bills team acupuncturist.
