The Bailiffs listed in this website are the following bailiwicks are either appointed or have a consent to work in the area.A consent from the Ministry of Consumer & Commercial Relations or an existing judicial consent is necessary in order for a Bailiff to work on your behalf outside of their appointed area.Please bear in mind that some bailiwicks do not provide an unconditional consent for Bailiffs, however, many Bailiffs are able to obtain a consent on a per file basis.Most consents are provided on an interim basis, that is, they will expire after a certain period of time. The consent process varies from bailiwick to bailiwick, and as such, the information contained herein may not be entirely accurate for the remainder of the year.
