Living in Kelowna, BC, I phoned and spoke with Shannon to design a specific floral arrangement for a dear family member living in Athabasca, Alberta and if the order could be done on the same day. The store was very busy with arrival of fresh flowers but Shannon said that the order would be taken care of...And it was. I received a photo of the arrangement from the family member and it was very beautiful. Thanks to Shannon for filling out the order and to her sister, Shawna, for the design.
