Season after season, my mission is to offer you high quality local products, hand picked, including several varieties throughout the year. Their production requires setting up a very delicate management, which for me is synonymous with many challenges on a daily basis. This is the kind of combination that turns me on and excites me. Today, I offer a range of consumer products, I support the desires of chefs, and the ideas of other local producers.
