I have been most impressed with their product quality and diversity {especially the Crystal friends ?} of products, for such a tiny store.
The Manager/Owner on Mondays is so friendly and helpful, even whilst training new staff, and she always finds what I need.
The Assistant Manager on Tuesdays has excellent product knowledge and has such a lovely professional and genuinely kind vibe.
I am so WOW'ed that I would give a 7 out of 5; I highly recommended them!

Every arrangement I have bought from "In Bloom" has been unique, beautiful and has lasted for weeks. My plants are gorgeous also, and they have a great selection. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful, and always willing to drop everything to accommodate differing tastes. The gift area keeps expanding, so there are often new items.
