Nous dégustons au Galopin à tous les trois ou quatre semaines. C'est dans nos grands coups de coeur des restaurants à Québec. Le service, le décor, la nourriture, les ris de veaux, tout prête à une excellent soirée. Il faut se l'offrir et l'essayer , c'est l'adopter. Rapport qualité/prix: IMBATTABLE. Le meilleure resto pour déjeuner au Québec. Le choix de plats est hautement au-dessus de Normandin, Chez Cora, Eggsquis etc. Des déjeuners avec du boeuf, des pseudos-burgers, excellent endroit pour manger à sa faim (ce qui la plupart des déjeuners ne font pas) tout en ayant plus de choix pour ceux qui sont fatigués du traditionnel oeuf bacon toast. Pseudo-burgers, "tacos", pleins de choix différent avec des bonnes patates QUI GOUTENT QUELQUE CHOSE.
