HOMEWORKS Inc., formerly Pappas Home Inspections Inc., was started in 1986 by George Papadimitriou.While working for the City of Toronto as a Building Inspector, George noticed that many people who bought homes encountered major problems. He knew that these problems could have been avoided if a proper home inspection had been completed prior to the purchase.
