Slater's as been our favourite meat market for the last decade....(my dad had a butcher shop in Pittsburgh...his biggest sellers were his home-made sausage. Slater's quality meats are in the same GREAT category).

Excellent source of local, humanely raised meats and poultry. Heritage recipes ensure good, old fashioned quality. Sausages such as Boudin Noir are superb. Not cheap, but considering products are a cut above, they are reasonable.
