Stopped in for mid-afternoon pick me up. Crab cakes were excellent - aong the best I have had. Soup was unimpressive. Service off-handed. Worth visiting for the crab cakes. Noticed other "regulars" seemed to think the same.

Although it is really crammed in the store if you can find what you are looking for you will be in luck. They do have a great selection of handmade cards that would be great for any occassion. Recently i purchased a bday card for my wife at that store. The woman who runs the store really knows where everything is located so ask her and you will be in luck...

Mountain Blends Coffee Roasters has been supplying fresh roasted coffee in Canmore since 1991. We are the only coffee roaster in the Bow Valley. At mountain Blends coffee roasters, we are committed to quality and the environment, roasting fair trade organic, Shade Grown, Bird Friendly and regular coffees using 100@ Arabica beans which are grown at elevations above 3000 feet and harvested once per year. We do our best to ensure that our beans are shipped to you within 24 to 48 hours of being roasted, so that you can use up within the recommended shelf life for fresh coffee, which is four weeks.
