The new location, at 605 Rogers Road, was suddenly recognized for its unique and intriguing atmosphere. Two years later, Seara Bakery expanded and set up business in a new location - 2277 Keele Street, in Toronto, on December 22, 2008. Owner, Baker and Cake Designer Elisa Lattavo has been an avid baker and lover of all things sweet her whole life. In the fall of 2010, she enrolled at Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts and Continuing Studies Program, where she learned the basic techniques to making extraordinary tasting cakes. Instantly, she loved it and it spiralled to many more classes and practice cakes to keep her skills up to date and to learn new ways to make your cakes exceptional in looks, and most importantly in taste. Elisa's cake designs have become more elaborate, fancy and fun. She loves perfecting her recipes and her friends and family enjoyed the taste testing.
