This Summer I had the privilege to be the Adventure Director at Camp. This means that I run all the low ropes elements that camp has to offer. Each day I get to spend sessions with one or two cabins, challenging them to work together, using positive communication and their skills to build their cabin dynamic, trust with each other and many other skills. It was great to see the children's face as they completed a task, or seeing the determination on their faces. Along with the elements, I ran other team building activities and tasks that brought cabins together as one.
