We had a wonderful weekend at Fisherman’s Cove Campground. We stayed on the tent sites which were private and had a great rock for climbing. The property is undergoing some upgrades, but the location is fantastic. Direct access to the Rails to Trails bike trail and directly across the street from Hunts Beach. The Beach is beautiful, soft sand, we had the beach to ourselves for most of the weekend.Read more
Located in Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, LaHave River Campground sits on a forested 15-acre property, offering 86 sites for campers. This is made up of 10 unserviced sites, 22 serviced sites, 5 rental cabins, 1 rental trailer, and 48 seasonal spots. We have something for every style of camper!?
You'll drive down a 700 foot hill when you arrive, which allows our campers a peaceful escape into nature! Leave the highway behind and take in the sights and sounds of nature.
We are proud to be a quaint family campground with a strong sense of community. Guests can partake in activities and events run by our campers and make use of the beautiful grounds. Enjoy two swimming holes, fishing, walking trails, a general store, mini golf, a games room with pool table, playground, and more.
We have been staying at this location under all owners and the service and comfort has never changed! Always comfortable and accommodating and the price is so reasonable!! I will continue to visit and recommend this place.Read more
