Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything. I just did a beginner puppy class at the spruce grove location. The trainer was great. We got so much one on one time with her. She new where my dog struggled and slowed down to make sure my dog was getting it. For 130$ and 6 classes I couldn’t be more impressed! They love what they do and it shows!

Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!
