In 1994, Cosimo Minnella founder and CEO of Salon Centre realized his dream when he began his beauty supply business Joico North. Cosimo inherited his love of the beauty industry from his family - one of Canada's largest hairdressing families with over 90 hairdressers in total! After 3 years of working in his home town of Thunder Bay Cosimo and his wife Connie moved west to Winnipeg where they purchased Joico Manitoba now known as Salon Centre. With a lot of hard work, passion for the beauty industry and a dedicated staff Cosimo has grown Salon Centre from a staff of 3 employees and 1 location to a staff of over 40 with 4 locations covering 3 provinces. Salon Centre is proud to represent and supply products and education from some of the largest manufacturers in the world.
