He came back a week or two later to show the pix and off course with offer to buy. There were different packages at different price points. All great. With the growing new immigrant population growing in Saskatchewan in recent years and the research done by the Lifesaving Society on the risk of new immigrants and drowning, we have been developing programs to address these issues.The Coroner's recommendation helps to validate what we are already doing. The Lifesaving Society's research shows that people new to Canada, especially those who have been in Canada for 5 years or less, are at a higher risk of drowning than people born here.
