I had a small job that needed to be done (basement stairs). I expected to be brushed aside as I had been by a couple of other companies as I was told it wasn't worth their while. Instead this gentleman told me he'd drop by after he finished another job (that same day). A few hours later my stairs were done & I was a very happy customer.
