As usual dealing with anything with our cell phones was an annoying and frustrating experience. however, we went into the store and dealt with Akhila and she was amazing! She spent a crazy amount of time with us, made sure we were completely satisfied and also took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us with everything that we could have asked for. While dealing with Rogers is not always pleasant dealing with her at the store was fantastic.

I have gone here for my daughters and my phone for the last two rounds and I am so glad I found them. it’s convenient to stop in after my groceries and they are super knowledgeable and friendly. even funny. value is very important to me and I always walk away feeling I got the best deal. I have always ysed Schneiders for all my computer needs. Broken ipod screen, computer issues, new devices etc. I have always found each employee at all stores to be very knowledgable, very friendly, speaks in terms i can understand as a non computer person.
I have never been over charged, whoever says that has to realize they are a small family run business. Some of these reviews are harsh. Maybe its more with the customer than the business.

I have purchased a 65" TV from the Best Buy store in Guelph and I received nothing but professional and extra service from each personal who assisted me.This includes Thomas and especially Yahya who was so amazing, efficient and very friendly. He made sure I understood each detail and made sure not only the delivery of the TV was completed and he also scheduled the install in a quick and amazing time.
