Allan is amazing as a salesperson because, he’s very friendly, polite, and always takes his time to explain the origin of the cheese that he offers to you. He never rushes you to make a speedy decision; he is very patient. Allan is someone that every establishment would benefit to have as an employee. My favourite cheese(s) are the ones from France.
