I brought my 4 year old dog Baily for a grooming recently and it was the most wonderful experiance. Baily has had bad experiances in the past so we were both nervous. The lady that groomed him; Emily welcomed us with open arms. She made both of us feel comfortable. She was calm, soft spoken and did not show any fear which in turn made Baily feel comfortable. The cut was amazing, not a single hair out of place! She was so soft and smelled so good. To top it off they gave her a cute little christmas bandana to go home with. I am very pleased with the service i recieved and will definatly be returning! I live in the south end of Sudbury and it was for sure worth the drive out to Val Caron to have her groomed.

Our 10 year old German Sheppard needed an emergency surgery for bloat after hours on a weekend. They got back to us and met us at their location inside of twenty minutes. They performed the surgery and saved his life. Extremely professional going above and beyond. So thankful for them.
