My late grandparents old clock had not worked in years. Not wanting to try and repair it myself , I decided to email Schafer's Clock Repair on a Sunday afternoon. knowing they were not open till Monday , to my surprise I got a phone call in 1o minutes.
Peter Schafer called my while he was sitting at the airport in Calgary ( visiting family ) He walked me thru a very simple thing to get my clock back up ant ticking !

Their customer service is amazing! They wowd me. I called the store yesterday and couldnt get thru on the automated system.
