First, I want to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the staff. Everyone had a smile on their face. And the service was great!
The course was fun. It was just enough challenge to keep me enjoying myself and I didn't get frustrated like I do at other courses that are so much more difficult.

Before Club Pilates I wasn’t able to establish a consistent workout routine that not only fit my busy lifestyle but keep me motivated to continue. The variations in workout, different styles instructors bring and various times available make Club Pilates the perfect fit for me. Over the years, we've coached 12 national champions and 8 Canadian gold medalists.
We're open Monday to Friday, 5-7 p.m. and Saturday, 10am-1pm. Closed Sundays.
