The 12 week program runs from Nov 28 to March 6 and costs $40 (includes a tshirt from Bell Aliant).The instructor is Jackie Ryan, a native of Stellarton, former CIS Goalkeeper with UNB & Dalhousie Universities, and player on various Sr.A teams across Nova Scotia. Northumberland Community Curling Club opened its doors in December 2007.The project was completed through generous donations of volunteer labour, materials and with remarkable financial support from the community at large.The Village of Pugwash, the County of Cumberland, and the Province of Nova Scotia all recognized and supported this endeavour.
