I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

This location has friendly staff and go out of my way to shop at this store. The FREE tool rental is a big reason I shop here and the staff are definately knowledgable in regards to helping you troubleshoot a problem u may have. Thanks so much. Just had my brakes fully redone and my winter tires put on. My car is winter ready and only in one day!
