we have 104 units comprised of four three-story walk-up apartment buildings which have one and two bedroom units, and townhouses which have three and four bedroom units. The townhouses have a basement and a backyard.

The Agency is the not-for-profit administrator of federal co-operative housing programs in B.C., Alberta, Ontario and PEI. We began to deliver services in the spring of 2006 under a contract with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.We invite visitors to use this site to learn more about the Agency and the programs we administer. Woodsworth Housing Co-op is located in the historic St. Lawrence Neighbourhood in Toronto, close to St. Lawrence Market and within walking distance of shops, services, three schools, community centre and pool, public library and parks. Two bus routes go to subway stations and it is a short walk to the King streetcar and Yonge Street. Woodsworth has a mix of housing units – a 122 stacked mid rise apartment building on Wilton Street and 72 townhouses on George Street South, Albert Franck Place and Frederick Street.The medium rise building has distinctive half-moon windows on alternate storeys. The annual housing charge increase has been 2-3 % over the last several years.Housing charges are lower than market value for the area.
