The Agency is the not-for-profit administrator of federal co-operative housing programs in B.C., Alberta, Ontario and PEI. We began to deliver services in the spring of 2006 under a contract with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.We invite visitors to use this site to learn more about the Agency and the programs we administer. Woodsworth Housing Co-op is located in the historic St. Lawrence Neighbourhood in Toronto, close to St. Lawrence Market and within walking distance of shops, services, three schools, community centre and pool, public library and parks. The annual housing charge increase has been 2-3 % over the last several years.Housing charges are lower than market value for the area.
