My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. A family member needed a good gaming computer back in 2009. Josto recommended parts, ordered those they didn't have and assembled everything into what they then said was the fastest computer they'd ever had in the store. We still have it and it continues to be a fine performer, although no longer top end. A few parts have been swapped but on the whole the same box. Good advice, good recommendations and a good build.
