Hello! Just a short note to say thanks once again to Mark from LIT.
He worked on my computer yesterday and helped me set up so many programs. I had a long list of things I needed done and questions I needed answered.
He was very patient with me (I am so computer illiterate) and never made me feel that my questions were stupid. He set things up for me so that I can easily access my e-mail accounts, delete messages from my accounts, etc.

A big thank you to Memory Express who spent 2 hours finding all the pictures I deleted and downloading them into another file. I expected a big bill but didn't get one. They are experts and they are kind and patient with old people who don't know what they're doing. I highly recommend them no matter what your computer problem is!!!

Stopped in at CDC Computers this afternoon with a jammed printer. Cam came to the rescue and after what seemed to be forever, got the jam out without breaking anything which alone saved us from having to buy another printer.
