We recently visited Banff and required some emergency dental service. This clinic was especially kind and helpful and had the problem with a broken ortho wire in my son’s friends mouth quickly rectified. I have used this clinic and its doctors and medical staff for over 35 years with minimal complaints. The Nurses are friendly and ++ professional, + knowledgeable on medical issues. The doctors have been excellent and if they are unsure of a dx they are willing to either consult with specialists or send one off to them.
I have had a total of 5 different doctors from the clinic over the years due to change over of staff or the said doctor leaving the clinic due to retirement.

I have used Randy's services twice. A year ago my garage door opener stopped working. The instructions to reactivate the new opener did not make sense. Randy got it working in minutes. Recently I got a particularly bad virus virus on my new computer. He was able to clean it up. He noted that my old computer CPU was running very hot and the speed was being throttled because with time the original thermal compound had degraded. He put in new fresh thermal paste and my old computer has life again.

Attending a business conference at the Rimrock, this was my first visit to the hotel but not my first stay in Banff. The location is superb - very close to the gondola and hot springs, and the most amazing views of the area. Loved the hotel itself, it is elegant and luxurious. The rooms are heavenly, they are even stocked (or were at the time) with Aveda bath and hair products. I await my next trip to Rimrock!

Just amazing!My business doesn't close until 6 pm so Piotr stayed very late to get our new phones set up.he was dealing with older,perhaps technologically challenged people so it took some effort on his part.He was very patient and helpful although his dinner was probably getting cold at home.I have always dealt with the Phone Store in the past and with the excellent service that Piotr provided I will do so in the future

My car broke down on the side of the road, they stayed open late on a Friday night for me (until 6:20pm) and when my tow truck couldn't get me there until 7:30pm, John and his crew were able to get me a full analysis of my car by 9am the next morning... which was a Saturday despite being fully booked!
They only charged me $100 which was very low, got me in quick so I could make a decision to get on my way. If this store was in Calgary, it's the only spot I would go. You guys are the best!
