Replace toner cartridge on Canon monochrome multi function printer that was leaving black streaks, HP Cyan cartridge leaving red streaks on color printer, replaced cyan cartridge at 1/2 price as still have 2/3 left and black toner cartridge on HP color printer, each tonner cartridge $54.00 another Cannon Multi function printer required toner cartridge and print head. I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate).
