James is fantastic. He can tell you the difference between models of tv's, soundbars, cd players, pretty well everything. How they work, what they work with. He is unbelievable. James was able to help me on the phone after he finished work. I don't know much about new technology but he walked me through everything. The best sales person ever.

Pros: Can not say enough good things about this store. Cheap, fast and quality work that I've never seen anywhere else. I've had my system for a little over 2 years, and have never had a problem with it, I'm a gamer, and it still runs like new.
I've had a few friends get their systems from these guys. Wouldn't reccomend anyone else.

Their tech came right on time, thoroughly cleaned the PC and then checked drives and software to keep things running quickly and smoothly. He downloaded a couple of malware programs for me and made sure I knew how to use them. He was respectful, used layman's language and was very pleasant to deal with.
