After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could.
