I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I remembered Jason from Neteffect who now works at Downtown digital. He was able to fix both of my ipods for their broken headphone jack and replaced a battery for a very reasonable price. Excellent Service, PC Pros very freindly, they came right to our home and saved us, we had picked up some kind of virus and our computer would not even startup correctly. PC Pros was able to recover all our family photos, we thought we might have lost our photos forever. Vern, the owner of PC Pros, personally recovered all our documents and pictures and email. I had a problem with my computer. One place said it needed a new hard drive. Brought it to CCS and it turns out the drive was fine. Windows 10 was corrupted. They reinstalled windows 10 and I didn't lose any of my files.
