Tre Mari Bakery started out as a quaint little grocery store/bakery in a predominantly Italian neighborhood on St. Clair Ave. West. Del's Pastry, a family owned and managed business, has grown through many stages. We began modestly in a small storefront of 400 square feet, primarily manufacturing products for the mobile catering truck industry. Significant expansions throughout our history enabled the company to successfully produce pastry lines for retail grocers as well as the food service industry
