Del's Pastry, a family owned and managed business, has grown through many stages. We began modestly in a small storefront of 400 square feet, primarily manufacturing products for the mobile catering truck industry. Significant expansions throughout our history enabled the company to successfully produce pastry lines for retail grocers as well as the food service industry

In over 50 years of operations, Tre Mari Bakery has always been a family affair. Tre Mari Bakery started out as a quaint little grocery store/bakery in a predominantly Italian neighborhood on St. Clair Ave. West. Vincent and his wife Mary Deleo worked diligently and were as concerned with making a quality product as they were with serving the community.
