Jennifer Bell attended Dubrulle Art Institute in Vancouver and graduated in 2006 with a strong interest in pastry. She headed off to England where she worked in the world of pastries and eventually ended up in the seaside town of Brighton working in a cupcake shop. Having come full circle, she is now home, near the waterfront in Steveston village, and the proud owner of Bell's Bake Shop, which opened in December 2010.
