My work centers around creating a space in which it is safe for my clients to explore recurrent patterns of emotions and of behaviour that may have been adaptive at one time but that seem to get in the way of fuller life with others around them. My doctoral studies in grief and attachment have taught me about underlying coping processes. I welcome the opportunity to work with you soon.

We all have moments when life throws us a curve ball. Why should we face these difficult times alone? In those moments, you need someone to listen, to really listen. With attention, empathy, compassion and without judgment. It’s when you need someone who will help you find your way back to your own solutions, your own strengths and sense of balance.
