Our funeral home in Perth is located at 15 Gore Street West. We are proud to be an independent family funeral home, in our fourth generation of family service. The Blair family involvement began in the early 1900’s when Alex Blair purchased a share from David Hogg and went into partnership with the Thompson family. Shortly thereafter, he purchased the remaining portion of the business. The funeral home has evolved many times over the years beginning as a part of the furniture store. In 1939 the current chapel was constructed with additions coming in the 70’s and 80’s. In 2002 a milestone occurred with the construction of a new home furnishings facility on Highway 7 at the eastern end of Perth.
