Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. Jay was very helpful from the moment I talked to him on the phone and he walked me through turning the main water off to fixing another problem before it even began. Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

A few days ago, our well water system failed, apparently due to a waterlogged pressure tank. I called Pipeworks -- I'm a new customer for them. Glen said he could be out the next day at 7:30 am. He arrived exactly on time, and had the system fixed in about an hour, at a reasonable price. I'll be calling him soon for some "non-emergency" plumbing jobs. I am VERY satisifed with Pipeworks!
