The plumbers who have come to our home have been extremely professional, courteous and respectful.
In one instance the plumber was late but the person from the office called to advise that the plumber would be late.
The technicians always explain what they are doing and what the have found.

I have been dealing with Niko's for many years and I have to say the service level has always been excellent. They always have a great assortment of chemicals and equipment and if they do not have it at the time you come in they are working on getting it in while you are still at the shop.
