When my dad had a stroke and my mother was not able to live alone I reached out to Home Instead from my home in Florida and they had 24/7 care in place for my mother by 8:30pm that evening (and it was a holiday weekend). Absolutely excellent service. My lift station pump stopped working, and the service was prompt. The technician brought a nice new pump to install, but found a wiring problem in my existing unit. He fixed the issue, got the old pump working and only billed me for the service call, rather than installing a new expensive pump. My bill was 20% of what he could have charged me. I will definitely call Davies next time.
