Everyone at the clinic is great. Very kind and accommodating staff. I was nervous about having chiropractic treatments done, but really needed relief for my back. I am 15 years old and am very happy to have found Courtney at SOS! The physiotherapy treatment and education that I received from Courtney was awesome. She figured out the problem quickly and started treatment in the first appointment. My knee is 100% better and I know the exercises to do to prevent the problem from coming back. Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free.
