Parking a car is an important aspect of learning how to drive. Angled and parallel parking and how to park on a hill are all aspects of parking a person must be able to do.
Hire a private instructor, learn how to park a car as well as get practice doing it. Know that while your main focus is on parking, you will also be required to practice driving, turning, merging and other car maneuvers.
