I went to drive my husband to the airport and the garage door spring had broke. Contacted Anchor Door and Window and was able to get an appointment that same day. Jamie came out and helped me move the vehicles out of the garage and replaced the springs and serviced the door quickly. The garage door ran smoothly and more quietly than previously. I had given the controller my credit card information when I phone so the itemized bill came through my email. Very convenient! Very professional!

Absolutely the most compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable people Ive ever had the pleasure to visit. Ive been treated so well, Ill never go anywhere else. I am a security guard working for Paladin security..we had a contract for B.C. Hydro for security 52 klm south of merrit..I had a severe blow out of my Tyre in a isolated location in the deep woods..I had a tow to Merrit 5 hrs later, went to Kal tire where they were indifferent and very snoty and rude..I went across the road to Fountain Tire and they were so friendly, professional and immediately looked after me and my vehicle..I'm so thankful and so happy with all the staff at Fountain tire !!
