Kirby is the owner of both the Fruitvale & Castlegar Valhalla Physio locations. Originally from Saskatchewan he graduated university in 1994 with a degree in physical therapy and moved to the West Kootenays in 2003 where he bought Valhalla. First and foremost Kirby considers himself a sport therapist and has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of the injured athlete. He has worked with athletes in a variety of sports but has a special passion for hockey. He has worked with hockey players from novice to professional, including members of Canada's Olympic Teams and several NHL players. Kirby is also certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and uses a variety of needle techniques to complement his Physiotherapy practice. He looks forward to many more years of helping the people of Castlegar, Fruitvale and all surrounding areas to KEEP MOVING.

Landscape Services : Dynamic has several services focused on adding value and cost effective exterior property and facilities maintenance, such as excavating, bobcat service, retaining walls, irrigation, pavers, pothole repair, paving, fencing, site prep, lot sweeping, line painting, dust control, tree removal and lawn maintenance. Rentals: Dynamic has a fleet of equipment for rent including skid steers, excavators, loaders, trailers and 12 yard bins. We also have shop and storage rentals.

Peak Performance Dance Co. is open to all children ages 3 and up, as well as adults. Recreational and Competitive dances styles include Ballet, Acro, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary/Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Pointe. We provide a variety of classes at reasonable cost from September through May, and offer camps in the Summer. Our experienced instructors love to dance and to share their skills with others.
