Mark your calendars for our next Clean Sweep, to take place on Saturday, We have planned this to follow the largest concert Cape Breton has ever hosted, to clean up any mess that may be left behind. We would like to do some housekeeping as well before the next influx of cruise ships, and to create a sense of pride in our community as a whole. We are looking to pull weeds, pick up trash, clear the poles of old posters etc. The CBRM has graciously offered to host a BBQ following the event at the Civic Center on the Esplanade, and will provide us with any tools we need to carry out our cleanup.
