Went in for the first time ever on 12/14/2017 to get a hair trim. The lady (unsure of her name) was kind and really wanted to make sure she knew what I wanted before starting to cut. She gave me a cut and made sure I liked it before sending me off. However, she was trying to up sell me into a wash, curl, adding toner etc which I was not fond of. I said I wasn't interested and it got uncomfortable which I didn't like.

Exceptional service. Bright clean and very 'positive' atmosphere. Everyone wears a sincere smile and makes you feel part of the family. I like that. Courtney the best concierge ever! She's pleasantly hospitable, appreciates the clients time and is thorough as a communicator. If there are delays she relates them respectfully. Someone broke into my vehicle and smashed my passenger window so I took it to Splashes and they were absolutely wonderful! They were able to fix my window same day and they even cleaned it for me. Would highly recommend going here.

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.
