Heard this one before: He`ll be there between 10am and 2pm. Wait! What? He`s here and it`s 11am! OK, he`ll assess the problem and come back with parts another day, right? WRONG! Water heater needed to be replaced, he had one with him and was done everything in 2hrs. Bet you didn`t see that coming...neither did I. A company where customer service means something again. I bought a bike at the Oakville location in the fall and recently had some issues with the bottom bracket (6mo later). They fixed it under warranty with no issues whatsoever. My experience with their customer service was great. Thanks James!
