RE-SUBMISSION DEADLINESThe OPA has now released the FIT 2.0 Contract and Rules. Similarly to MicroFIT, previous applicants who do not have a contract must resubmit their application during the window from October 1 through November 30. This time around, the following supporting documentation must be included:Demonstration of ownership or an entitlement of access to the roof space, such as a lease contractAn engineers report showing that the roof is large enough and can support the proposed PV systemA municipal resolution showing their support for the project.Security of $20/kW, with a $1000 minimumThe FIT 2.0 tranche for small rooftops in 2012 is 200MW. These will be awarded based on a points system, and in the event of a tie, on the time stamp. If an application is going to be withdrawn, the OPA must be notified during the window for the application fee to be returned. All applications that are not re-submitted will be removed from the queue.
