I came in today with a mess (multiple layers and lots of texturing from previous salons) and was fortunate to get an appointment for a haircut and highlight with Him and staff. I felt at ease with his recommendations and appreciated his professionalism in assessing what had previously been done. I'm scared of needles and have been told that my veins are hard to find. Carlota did a really good job of taking my blood, I barely felt it. Anna was nice at the desk, and they were on time with my appointment. I'll be getting my blood taken here from now on :)

Sleep evaluation is a challenge. If you are there you likely need to be, so suck it up. This is not a spa, it is a lab. Clinicians are at work. Nothing sexy about it. I have been 2X, testing and follow up. I was treated well, the staff was efficient and the work gets done. You are out of your comfort zone, deal with it. Nobody enjoys the experience, it sucks to be wired up. But, the reward is potentially life-affecting. A spa would be nice, so is better sleep. Stop complaining & sleep well.
